The Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE) has an inclusive culture which supports a diverse set of people inside the organisation and can better reflect the communities it serves. 

This case study showcases MBIE's Ngāi Kahukura (Rainbow Network), an internal group which supports, connects and educates all MBIE staff, and how they were invited to provide input on a number of the Ministry's key initiatives.

For this work, MBIE and Ngāi Kahukura were recognised as Positive Inclusion finalists in the 2019 Diversity Works Awards.
